Our easy 6-step headshot process

Step 1 - Let’s meet each other!

Our first contact is a 45 minute meeting in the studio where we break the ice, plan the look of your images, give preparatory advice and set the date of the photography session. The booking agreement and deposit is paid at this meeting.

Step 2 - Photo shoot. Time to be a star!

The shoot is scheduled over 45 minutes to allow for a relaxed pace and whatever wardrobe and lighting changes need to be made to create a variety of stunning images. We’ll give feedback as we go along so you’ll be sure that everything is going according to plan. A professional photography session is a fun and relaxed experience.

Step 3 - Check your photos online

The best images from your session will then be uploaded to a private, password-protected online gallery for you to peruse at your leisure.

Step 4 - Send us your final selection for retouching

Your final selection gets emailed to us. These selected images will then be retouched in Photoshop to bring out the best in them.

Step 5 - Final invoice and payment

Once your selections have been received, you will be forwarded your final invoice. Your images will be delivered via DropBox within 3 business days of receipt of final payment.

Step 6 - Enjoy your images and join the ranks of our happy clients!

All that remains is for you to download your images from DropBox and upload them to your website, LinkedIn and other online platforms. Don’t forget to save a copy of these images in a secure location!
